What's New?This section will let you know the exciting things going on in the third grade classrooms, including Forest Fridays, special events, and a variety of activities!
WritingWriting is an important form of communication, whether it is a biography poem, a Pourquoi tale, or just a general grocery list, we need the written word to express ourselves, inform, and entertain others.

Social studiesSocial Studies and Geography will be closely linked this year, especially as we begin our study of Native Americans around the country, and move into the European settlers. We'll need to know where these locations are and be able to spot it on a map. This will give us a better connection to the places we'll study.

Reading"The more you read, the more you know, the more you learn, the more places you'll go!" Exploring the world through literacy is one of our main 3rd grade themes this year!
